Step 1
We will check the flight number you have specified.
You have to inform us if your flight number is changed, otherwise we can not verify your flight.
You can give us the new flight number, time and date, through 0031306880711 or by e-mail to info@tcmn.nl.
Step 2
Approximately 15 minutes after landing at Schiphol Airport we will call on the mobile number you provided.
Once we have spoken you, we give a notification to the driver that you have arrived.
You should therefore immediately turn on your mobilephone after landing.
In case your mobile is broken or does not work or there are other problems with your mobile phone, you have to go to the Meeting Point on Schiphol Airport.
The driver will go there 1 hour after landing to the Meeting Point to see if he can find you there.
If this is not the case then he will leave for a new ride.
If you contact us after 1 hour, we will send another taxi to you.
It depends on the traffic and the availability of the drivers what the waitingtime will be.
So it is very important that you turn on your mobilephone immediately after landing.
We will call you approximately 15 minutes after landing up to 1 hour after landing.
Step 3
Once you have your luggage you need to walk towards departure hall 2. The arrival halls can be reached when you take any escalator up.
So you will always end at the departure halls.
You should check the output of departure hall 2 to take. Once you take this exit, the driver against the door (see picture).
